Patient Experience Coordinator

Duration: Full-Time, Permanent Location: North Bay Clinic

Do you want to work in a professional office and help people recover from illness and injury? Do you love solving problems and supporting your teammates? If so, we want you to join our client experience team. We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Experience Coordinator for our busy, fast paced rehabilitation clinic in North Bay. Reporting to the Patient Experience Manager, the successful candidate will assist our clients in a pleasant and confident manner over the phone and in person and must be able to multitask while prioritizing tasks.  Responsibilities will include scheduling clients, insurance submissions, organizing charts for multiple clinicians, and helping with administrative projects while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Patient Experience Coordinator at Martel + Mitchell Rehabilitation located in North Bay, ON. The PEC will be responsible for providing administrative support to clinicians and clinic operations, handling phone calls with professionalism, scheduling client services and accepting payments, communication with team members, communication with insurers, and assisting managers with administrative tasks.

Necessary Skills

  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in sales is an asset

Qualifications

A diploma in office administration or an undergraduate degree is preferred but not necessary.
